As an organization ESROC is committee called ESROC meeting. This meeting gathers around once in a
year, normally during the time of European Championship race.
The committee consists ESROC delegates and the ESROC president as a Chairman. Each country may have to representatives
in the meeting, but has only one vote. In a case of tie Chairmans vote is definitive.
